11 years ago I began on a journey of learning about food intolerances, allergies, and healthy alternatives. This blog is going to be a culmination of this. The journey has been a slow process, but my life has changed so much that when I look back I can’t believe how far I’ve come.
With the birth of my daughter in August of 2015, I’ve had to become gluten, soy, dairy, meat, and egg free which wasn’t as hard as you may think. The hardest part has actually been learning to cook without an oven (it broke right before this past Christmas).
In the last few months I’ve been able to add 100% grass fed dairy and meats back into my diet, but this has also meant that I homemake a lot of my foods.
All that said, I’m a 28yr old wife and mother who loves food, being a geek, and above all the Lord.
